KillToEarn ("we", "the game") is an online cartoon shooter at killtoearn.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: support@killtoearn.com.

What we collect

• Sign-in with Google (through our login provider, Supabase): your Google account email address and a unique account id. We do not get your Google password or your contacts.
• Your game account: the nickname you pick, your coins, items (with their serial numbers), what you wear, VIP status, match results (experience, matches, wins, kills), friends, trades, battle pass rewards and the seeds that make box and upgrader draws verifiable.
• Chat: messages in the global chat (the last ones stay in the server memory) and private messages (stored so you can read the conversation again).
• Coin packs paid with crypto: the order (pack, asset, amount), the public address of the wallet that paid and the transaction signature. Payments happen on the Solana blockchain, which is public; we never see or store private keys.
• Technical data: your IP address is used while you are connected to limit abuse (connections per address); our hosting providers may keep standard access logs.
• On your device: settings, controls and offline progress are kept in your browser storage.

Why we use it

• To run your account and the game (matches, store, boxes, trades, chat).
• To keep the game fair and safe (anti-cheat, fraud checks, chat moderation).
• To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the game

Supabase (sign-in), Cloudflare (website and network), Hostinger and Oracle Cloud (game servers and database), Helius (reading the Solana network) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at support@killtoearn.com; records we must keep by law (for example, payments) are kept only as long as required. Blockchain transactions cannot be erased by anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to know how it is used (including under the Brazilian LGPD and the European GDPR). Write to support@killtoearn.com.

Age

Boxes, the upgrader and coin packs are only for players 18 or older, and the game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child gave us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
